What is A Hero’s Dream (2017) about?
A Hero's Dream tells the story of Tevfik and his friends, who decide to rob a bank in order to cover the medical expenses of a young child. Kerem's father, Sami, loses his life while trying to save the children during a fire that breaks out in the neighborhood. Several years after this tragic event, the news that Sami's son Kerem has leukemia shocks the neighborhood. The neighborhood takes action to raise the money needed for Kerem's recovery. However, when sufficient funds cannot be raised, Tevfik and his friends resort to robbing a bank. The young men begin planning the robbery and start surveilling the bank. When Tevfik and his friends see the bank manager, Kudret, put the vault key in his pocket, they embark on a challenging endeavor.
